The process

Every cake begins with your story.

  1. 01

    Share Your Idea

Tell the bakery about your celebration: the date, servings, flavors and any inspiration photos you love.

  2. 02

    Discuss the Details

Stellita’s Bakery follows up to talk through design, availability and pricing. Nothing is final until you both agree.

  3. 03

    Celebrate

Your cake is handed off as arranged with the bakery. All that’s left is to light the candles and enjoy.

Our story

A small bakery with a big heart

Sample draft, awaiting owner approval. Written only from publicly available details. The owner will replace it with their own words.

Stellita’s Bakery is an independent custom cake and dessert business based in San Francisco’s Crocker-Amazon neighborhood. Every order begins with a conversation and ends with something made for that one occasion.

Think birthday cakes with personal touches, vintage heart cakes trimmed in ruffles and pearls, decorated cookies and chocolate-covered pretzels. They’re sweets designed around your moments, not pulled from a catalog.

Frequently asked questions

All FAQs
How do I request a custom cake?

Fill out the cake request form with your date, approximate servings, flavor ideas and inspiration. It prepares an email to Stellita’s Bakery that you review and send from your own email app. You can also write to Stellitasbakeryy@gmail.com or message Instagram (opens in a new tab).

How much does a custom cake cost?

Every cake is quoted individually based on size, design and details. Pricing is to be confirmed by the bakery once it reviews your request. Sharing a budget range in your inquiry helps shape the right design.

How far in advance should I order?

Lead times are to be confirmed. Reaching out as early as possible gives you the best chance at your preferred date, especially around holidays and weekends.

Is my order confirmed when I send the form?

No. The form sends an inquiry, not an order. Your cake is only confirmed once Stellita’s Bakery replies and you agree on the design, date and price. No payment is collected on this website.
